We recommend booking at least one week ahead whenever possible. Short-notice transportation may be available depending on the existing schedule.
How early should I leave Amelia Island for JAX?
We generally recommend planning to arrive at JAX approximately two to two-and-a-half hours before a domestic flight and two-and-a-half to three hours before an international flight. Holiday travel may require additional time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
When flight information is provided, we monitor the flight and adjust whenever possible. If we cannot accommodate the revised schedule, we will make reasonable efforts to help identify an alternative transportation option.
Where will my driver be when I land?
Your driver will typically wait in the Jacksonville International Airport cell-phone lot until you have deplaned, collected your luggage, and are ready for pickup.
How much luggage can your vehicles accommodate?
Capacity depends on passenger count and luggage size. When every passenger has large luggage, we generally recommend limiting a six-passenger minivan to approximately five passengers.
Do you provide car seats?
No. For liability reasons, we do not provide or install car seats. Customers may bring their own properly selected car seats.
