How Medical Transportation Works
A reliable plan begins with the appointment time, facility location, passenger needs, and expected return schedule.

Set the Pickup Time
Pickup timing is planned to allow for travel, facility entry, and appointment check-in.
Coordinate the Return
Return transportation is planned around the expected appointment or procedure schedule.
Transportation for Appointments and Procedures
Scheduled service is available for routine appointments, specialty care, outpatient procedures, follow-up visits, and related travel.
Doctor Appointments
Scheduled transportation for primary care, specialist visits, testing, consultations, and routine medical appointments.
Outpatient Procedures
Transportation for approved outpatient procedures when a passenger has arranged an appropriate medical escort or support person when required.
Follow-Up Visits
Dependable transportation for post-procedure appointments, rehabilitation visits, therapy, and ongoing care.
Dental and Vision Care
Scheduled transportation for dental procedures, eye exams, vision appointments, and specialty care.
Timing Matters for Medical Transportation
Medical appointments often require early arrival, registration, check-in, or additional time to reach the correct department. Transportation should be planned around more than the appointment time alone.
Return timing may also be uncertain after procedures, testing, or appointments that run longer than expected. Every reservation is coordinated based on the known details available in advance.
